Our service pricing is simple. Typical services such as helpdesk support, remote (off-site) support, on-site support, etc. are billed on an hourly rate basis so you only pay for the support services that you receive. There are no retainer or subscriber fees, and no special startup or termination charges. Other services such as system assessment or setting up secure remote access are also billed by the hour. There is a 1/2 hour minimum for all off-site support and 1 hour minimum for on-site support. Thereafter, charges are pro-rated in 15-minute increments.
Managed IT services are provided with an annual commitment and are billed on a monthly basis. Based on the package that you select you will receive a number of services at no additional charge. As an added bonus, when you sign up for any of our managed services you will receive a discounted hourly rate on any additional services.
