Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Product will be shipped approximately 5 to 7 business days after the order has been placed and payment has been received. Some of our products are custom made so please expect a sightly longer delay.

Services

We will do our best to try to locate the individual or information you are seeking. However,we are limited by the amount and accuracy of the information that you provide us. Moreover, we are accessing records controlled by third parties and reporting the results to you. Since it costs us money every time we perform a search, you are paying for our service, not the results.

Products

All products are special ordered by the person ordering and are NOT subject to cancellation. Due to the nature of our product line, some items may be useed once and then no longer needed. It is for this reason that all sales are final unless products are proven defective. Any return must be authorized. Authorizing and shipping instructions must be obtained from The Intelligence Group. Return product via UPS or U.S. mail, prepaid and insured, for your protection. Please note that we cannot refund shipping fees.

Warranty:

Thirty (30) days money back guarantee (we can accept return within thirty days from the date of sale only if the product has not been opened). After thirty (30) days from the invoice date, we do not accept any return or issue any refund on return. Products carry a manufacturer's product warranty (generally for one year). Labor warranty is for 90 days after sale to customer. We will replace or repair, at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse or alteration.

We are not responsible for printing errors. Prices are subject to change without notice. Some pictures may vary from actual item. We do not make claims about the legality of certain product applications such as covert cameras or video transmitters. We strongly encourage our customers to check applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations before engaging in survellance or using any of our products.
